Diahn’s passion is helping leaders maximize their returns on investments in their sales and service forces. Her expertise includes designing and executing sales performance management processes, training and coaching sales managers, and other sales force enablement such as incentive plans and new hire onboarding. She brings over 25 years’ experience to clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, industrial products, commercial real estate, and SaaS.
Diahn’s education includes a BSBA from Bowling Green State University, an MBA from the University of Dayton, and a graduate of both the University of Virginia’s Leading Strategic Change program and the Coach Training Alliance.
