Susan Alexander is a certified coach and consultant and helped develop the Coach2Lead leadership training program program.

After 23 years of business achievement at a major financial institution, Susan turned her attention to helping individuals and organizations discover what’s important and consistent with their values to create new possibilities that are aligned with their unique gifts and purpose. She is also a part-time faculty instructor at Otterbein College, Department of Communications, teaching the Leadership Series to Continuing Education students.
